Outlook 2010 PRF customization file - why do users get the "more than one potential match has been found" check name prompt??

Hi, good day to all.

Question... I'm using a PRF file to automatically setup our users Outlook profiles and it's working fine.

However we have 1 user who always gets the 'Check Name... More than one potential match has been found' prompt when the PRF tries to configure his Outlook profile.

And he has to manually choose his name from the list of similarly named people.

E.g. let's say his real name is Jack Black and username is jack@internal.domain, the Outlook check list shows him all of these users names...

Jack White
Jack Black
Jackie Wilson
Jumpin Jack Flash
Michael Jackson

...and he has to select his name from the list to complete the Outlook profile setup.

My PRF file uses the 'MailboxName=%username%' option and (of course!) all of our users have unique AD usernames, so I'm confused why Outlook isn't automatically using the unique AD %username% for the user and configuring his unique mail profile automatically without the prompt?

Anyone have any ideas? Apologies if this is a question I should take into the Exchange forum instead?

Any help or ideas from anyone would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
